Were you up set about missing out on all of those amazing Comic Con exclusives? You're not alone I know that pain all too well. Unless you are one of the lucky few getting your hands on the exclusives SDCC toys and merchandise can be all but impossible. Don't worry though, Hasbro has heard your despair and is doing something kind of unheard of. Starting August 9th, the Transformers exclusives and other SDCC exclusive toys will be available for purchase at the official Hasbro website:

Don't throw your money away paying the toy scalper marked up prices on eBay. Go directly to the source and pick up your own Con Exclusive items. As someone who has tried in years past to get some of those exclusives I have to say this is very cool and I plan on adding some of these to my own collection.

If you want to learn a little more about how these are made then don't forget to check out my interview with two of the toys creators: John Warden and Aaron Gray

Explore the wonders of Microspace! The MICRONAUTS CLASSIC COLLECTION Set is a vintage homage to the classic science fiction action figures originally sold between 1976 and 1980. Takara produced the original toys upon which Micronauts was based and were able to retrieve some of their original tools to help in the creation of this tribute set. Veteran paint artist Ken Kelly, who created some of the most memorable packaging art for the original MICRONAUTS toys, designed the bold artwork for this set. Featuring countless points of articulation and interchangeable parts, this limited-edition set contains classic freedom fighters including GALACTIC WARRIOR and PHAROID along with ORBITAL DEFENDER for an out-of-this-world playtime experience. Adding to the excitement, IDW will be producing a convention-only alternate cover to their MICRONAUTS comic utilizing the new product artwork from Ken Kelly.
